Description

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) requests proposals from qualified Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System providers to replace its existing technology with a comprehensive, transformative solution that will enable the organization to realize a robust and modern environment that optimally supports current fundraising needs while being customizable and scalable for the growth and development required by our institution's bold future plans. It is anticipated the selection of a CRM System and implementation partner will be completed by September of 2025. Please note that a separate solicitation shall be issued for the selection of the implementation partner. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for the products and/or services described herein.
Background
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is seeking proposals from qualified Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System providers to replace its existing technology with a comprehensive solution that supports current fundraising needs and is customizable for future growth.

The goal is to modernize the development technology ecosystem, particularly as UNCG concludes its successful 10-year Light the Way campaign aimed at raising over $200 million. The selection process for the CRM System and implementation partner is expected to be completed by September 2025.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing a new CRM system that meets the following requirements:
- Streamlining access to and entry of information for the University Advancement Office.
- Supporting various functional areas including constituent management, marketing communications, alumni engagement, donor relations, gift management, and reporting.
- Integration capabilities with existing tools such as Ellucian’s Banner and other platforms used by UNCG.
- Demonstration of product functionality during evaluation.
- Ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be three years from the effective date, with options for two additional one-year renewals. The total contract term, including extensions, shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in good standing as North Carolina vendors. They are required to demonstrate experience with similar projects, provide references from past clients, and complete various attachments related to pricing, HUB participation, and financial stability.

Vendors must also comply with state policies regarding minority participation.
