Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Structural Plate Components for Drainage Systems

Background
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to obtain pricing from vendors for the fabrication and delivery of Corrugated Aluminum Pipe, Corrugated Aluminum Pipe Arch, Aluminum Structural Plate Headwall, and Aluminum Structural Plate Wing Walls. This procurement is intended for Robeson County Bridge Maintenance and is necessary for inventory purposes for upcoming projects.

The goal of this contract is to establish an Agency Specific Contract for a one-time purchase.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following products: 54" diameter corrugated aluminum pipe, 60" diameter corrugated aluminum pipe, and 66" diameter corrugated aluminum pipe, along with associated components such as fully welded flange joints and continuous flat gaskets. The specific items include:
- 180 FT of 54" Diameter 12 Gauge, 3" x 1" corrugation corrugated aluminum pipe consisting of sections with fully welded flange joints.
- 180 FT of 60" Diameter 12 Gauge, 3" x 1" corrugation corrugated aluminum pipe with similar specifications.

Additional specifications include assembly requirements at the job site, delivery to NCDOT's Lumberton Bridge Maintenance Yard within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of purchase order, and oversight during installation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the date of award until the completion of delivery and assembly within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily at the NCDOT Division 6 Lumberton Bridge Maintenance Yard located at 991 NC711 Highway, Lumberton, NC 28360.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered in good standing with North Carolina's Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). They must also comply with all applicable laws regarding work authorization verification through the federal E-Verify system.

Additionally, vendors are encouraged to support small and minority-owned businesses by meeting or exceeding a goal of 10% utilization of diverse firms as subcontractors.
