Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
1. Redesigning the Central Piedmont website to focus on prospective students, ensuring clear calls-to-action (CTAs) for inquiries, event registrations, campus tours, and applications.
2. Integrating the new website with Element451 CRM to facilitate personalized communications based on student engagement in the enrollment funnel.
3. Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum).
4. Migrating existing content from the current CMS (Drupal) to the new platform without data loss or significant downtime.
5. Providing documentation and training for staff on managing the new CMS and website functionalities.
Period of Performance
