The contract work is scheduled to commence on March 13, 2025, with a completion date set for March 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at two locations: Assembly Court Solid Waste Convenience Center located at 575 Assembly Court, Wake Forest, NC, and Parkton Solid Waste Convenience Center.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable codes and statutes, obtain necessary permits, secure required inspections, and ensure that all materials used are new unless otherwise specified.
The general contractor is responsible for coordinating all work included in the contract documents.
