Background
The Cleveland Community College is accepting informal bids for the West Parking project, which involves a new parking area, including lighting and landscaping, located at 137 South Post Rd. Work Details
The project involves the construction of a new parking area, including lighting and landscaping as shown on the Drawings provided titled 'West Parking Cleveland Community College' and dated March 19, 2024. The work includes a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on May 14, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., local time at the project site.
Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders represented on the pre-bid meeting sign-in sheet. The meeting will address project scope, bidding procedures, and forms, including MBE requirements.

Period of Performance
The successful bidder shall begin the work on a date specified in the Agreement and shall substantially complete the Work within 90 days of the date of commencement.
