North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is seeking a highly skilled and innovative design team to spearhead a comprehensive renovation project for the Edmonds Classroom Building. This initiative aims to address critical needs in the building's infrastructure, enhancing functionality, energy efficiency, and overall sustainability.

Work Details
The renovation project will focus on the following critical areas:

1. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Upgrades:
- HVAC System: Replacement of outdated HVAC systems for efficient climate control and energy savings.
- Plumbing: Upgrading plumbing systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Electrical Systems: Revamping electrical systems to meet current safety and efficiency standards.

2. Window Replacement:
- Replacement of old, inefficient windows with modern, energy-efficient alternatives to enhance thermal performance and reduce energy consumption.

3. Cooling Tower and Chiller Replacement:
- Replacement of the cooling tower that has reached the end of its useful life.
