Background
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), operated by the City of Charlotte, is seeking proposals for non-federally funded website and mobile application services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the digital presence and functionality of CLT's online platforms to better serve travelers and stakeholders.
Work Details
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive website and mobile application services, including but not limited to: design, development, maintenance, and support of the CLT website and mobile applications. The contractor must ensure that all services align with CLT's branding and operational needs. Specific tasks may include user experience design, content management system integration, mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, ongoing technical support, and performance monitoring.
The contractor is also expected to provide a detailed implementation plan outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Period of Performance
The contract will have a duration of three (3) years with an option for extension based on CLT's continued need for services.
