CDBG-DR Program Implementation Consulting Services RFP

Background
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals from highly qualified firms to provide long-term, comprehensive services to implement its Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) allocation. This initiative is part of the city's efforts to recover from disasters and ensure community development.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive consulting services for the implementation of the CDBG-DR program. This includes project management, compliance with federal regulations, community engagement, and reporting requirements as stipulated in the grant guidelines. Bidder Requirements
Proposals must comply with the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy. Contractors are encouraged to include Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in their proposals and must ensure a drug-free workplace. Additionally, contractors must not be delinquent in payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City.
