Carpet and Hard Surface Floor Cleaning MVA/On-Call Services

Background
The Town of Mooresville, located in North Carolina, is seeking to establish a contract for carpet and hard surface floor cleaning services for various Town properties. The Town has experienced significant growth and operates under a Council-Manager form of government. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Town's facilities are maintained in a clean and presentable condition. Multiple vendors may be selected for this on-call service, and the Town reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without explanation.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will provide the following services:
- Carpet Cleaning: All carpeted floors must be steam cleaned using the deep clean extraction method.
- Area Rug Cleaning: All area rugs and entry mats must be steam cleaned and deep soil extracted.
- Concrete Floor Cleaning: Clean and polish concrete surfaces.
- Vinyl Floor Cleaning: Clean, strip, seal, and wax vinyl floors.
- Upholstery Cleaning: Deep steam cleaning of upholstery.
Expectations include performing most cleaning during off hours (nights, weekends, and holidays). Additionally, it is essential that cleaned carpets, rugs, and upholstery are free of dirt and stains, while concrete and vinyl flooring should be finished with a smooth polish or wax respectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice or as specified in the terms of the agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Town properties located in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit a qualifications package that includes:
1) Scope of Work detailing services provided;
2) Current price list;
3) Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Mooresville as an additional insured;
4) W-9 form;
5) Completed Authorized Signatory Form;
6) Three references;
7) Vendor's accounts payable contact information;
8) Vendor's NC Secretary of State ID. Vendors must also comply with all applicable laws regarding personnel performing obligations under this Agreement.
