Bridge Creek and College Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Point Repairs and Main Replacement

Background
The City of Laurinburg is issuing a solicitation for the construction of the Bridge Creek and College Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, specifically Contract 14.1 – Point Repairs.
The project aims to address critical infrastructure needs by rehabilitating existing sewer systems to ensure efficient wastewater management.

Work Details
The project consists of approximately 112 point repairs on sewer mains ranging from 8 inches to 18 inches in diameter.
It also includes the replacement of approximately 3,000 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch sewer line.
Bids will be accepted for a single prime contract, with pricing based on either a lump sum or unit price as specified in the Bid Form.
