Bid 3001-072225 Theatre House Lighting and Control System Upgrades

Background
The City of High Point is issuing this bid for the Theatre House Lighting and Control System Upgrades.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting control capabilities at the High Point Theatre, ensuring that it meets modern standards and operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and programming services necessary for a complete lighting controls upgrade at High Point Theatre.
The scope includes:
1) Upgrade existing ETC Sensor+ Dimmer Racks by replacing current CEM+ electronics with new CEM3 Control Electronics Modules while retaining all existing dimming modules;
2) Remove the existing Unison DR rack and install a new DRd rack to house a Paradigm Control Processor;
3) Remove and replace two existing Unison button/fader stations with new Paradigm Inspire 4-button, 1-knob stations;
4) Fully program the newly installed ETC Paradigm lighting control system to meet operational requirements;
5) Replace the existing switch with a rack-mounted Cisco Catalyst series 24-port POE Switch and provide a rack-mounted APC 1200VA UPS;
6) Ring out network wiring and provide new labeling of the network patch panel, repairing any bad lines found within reason.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at High Point Theatre located at 220 E. Commerce Ave., High Point, NC 27260.
