Background
The B121 Burlington Lab Renovation Project is being conducted by NC State University to enhance its research capabilities. The project focuses on renovating 5,000 square feet of vacated shop space in the Burlington Labs, originally built in 1953 with an addition in 1973. This renovation will accommodate three new research faculty members.

Work Details
The renovation will transform the existing space into wet-research labs. The scope of work includes:

- Exhaust modifications to ensure proper ventilation and functionality of the new lab spaces.
