Background
The State of North Carolina, through North Carolina A&T State University, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to generate additional scholarship and academic support for Aggie Athletics as part of the five-year All Aggies, All In (AAAI) capital campaign.
The objective is to raise $1,000,000 annually during the campaign period. Work Details
The awarded vendor will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign for the AAAI initiative. Specific tasks include:
- Developing a communications calendar;
- Creating a deployment strategy for an identity/brand suite;
- Establishing a messaging structure that includes key messages and donor stories;
- Producing print-ready collateral such as posters and brochures;
- Creating templates for newsletters and reports;
- Establishing donor recognition structures based on best practices;
- Providing analytics dashboards and evaluations;
- Producing campaign visuals including logos and videos.
All work produced will become the property of North Carolina A&T State University.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year from the effective date of execution, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year at the discretion of the State. Work is expected to commence within five business days following contract execution.
