Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with HUB participation requirements for contracts valued at $5,000 or greater, including submission of Affidavits A, B, C, and D regarding minority business participation. Bidders must also hold a proper General Contractor's license as required by North Carolina law. No bid bonds or performance bonds are required.
