Armored Car and Bank Deposit Services Proposal for UNCG Cashier's Office

Background
The University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) Cashier’s Office is seeking proposals for armored car and guard services to facilitate bank deposits. The goal of this contract is to ensure secure and timely pickups and deposits, which are essential for the financial operations of the university. The services will be conducted at the Cashier’s Office located at 151 Mossman Building, UNCG campus.

Work Details
The contractor will provide armored car and guard services to pick up and make bank deposits as requested by the UNCG Cashier’s Office. Services include:
- Daily pickups five (5) days a week between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Pickups will include coin bags.
- Deliveries are to be made to Wells Fargo, located at 3608 W. Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, North Carolina 27407.
- The contractor must provide same-day banking for daily deposits, which is an absolute requirement.
- The university reserves the right to revise pickup times and/or locations during the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three (3) years, starting from July 1, 2025, or upon final contract execution, whichever is later. There are options for two (2) additional one-year renewals at the university's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, specifically at the Cashier’s Office located in the 151 Mossman Building. Deliveries will be made to Wells Fargo at 3608 W. Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered as a North Carolina vendor in good standing. They are required to complete various attachments including:
- Attachment A: Pricing
- Attachment D: HUB Supplemental Vendor Information
- Attachment E: Customer Reference Form
- Attachment F: Taxpayer Information Form
- Attachment G: Certification of Financial Condition.
Additionally, vendors must certify financial stability and may need to undergo background checks for personnel performing services.
