Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be two years starting from the date of final execution or July 1, 2026, whichever is later. The contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms at the discretion of the State.

All services will be performed at The University of North Carolina Greensboro campus located at 800 Oakland Avenue, Greensboro, NC.
