Work Details
The agency will be responsible for the following services:
- Identifying and communicating with prospective students, particularly high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, through various channels.
- Developing targeted marketing materials and implementing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of RCC.
- Providing direct marketing services including message development, publication design, distribution management, digital strategy, communication planning, and tracking responses from leads generated by campaigns.
- Ensuring communications are optimized for all devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
- Engaging parents through dedicated efforts across campaigns to build a pipeline of parent involvement.
- Developing online resources such as electronic inquiry forms integrated with the college’s CRM (Element451) and advising on best practices for data management.
- Conducting market analysis to guide recruitment strategies and providing analytical reports demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year starting from the date of final contract execution or May 1, 2026, whichever is later. The State has the option to renew the contract for up to two additional one-year terms.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Rockingham Community College located in North Carolina.
Bidder Requirements
