2025 Stormwater Repairs Project - Bid Invitation and Pre-Bid Meeting

Background
The Engineering Department of Greenville, NC is issuing a bid invitation for the 2025 Stormwater Repairs Project. The project aims to address stormwater infrastructure repairs and maintenance, ensuring effective drainage and environmental compliance. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for March 18th, 2025, at the Engineering Department located at 1500 Beatty Street, Greenville, NC.

Work Details
The contract includes various stormwater pipe repairs, pipe lining, and maintenance tasks. Key items include:

1. Mobilization (5% max) - 1 LS
2. Stormwater Pipe Repair:
- 15” RCP Class III (Greater than 40 LF) - 373 LF
- 15” RCP Class III (Less than 40 LF) - 32 LF
- 24” RCP Class III (Less than 40 LF) - 22 LF
- 15” RCP Class V (Greater than 40 LF) - 190 LF
- 15” RCP Class V (Less than 40 LF) - 161 LF
- Additional sizes and types of pipes including aluminum CMP and various catch basins.
3. CIPP Pipe Lining:
- Includes both less than and greater than specified lengths for different diameters.
4. Other construction materials such as ABC Stone, Rip Rap, Select Fill, and various types of asphalt surface courses are also included in the scope.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set for a total of 247 days from the start date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Greenville, North Carolina.
