Substance Use Disorder Services

Background
The State of Montana, through the State Procurement Bureau and on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit Offerors for the provision of Substance Use Disorder Treatment services.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the availability and quality of substance use disorder services in the state, aligning with the agency's mission to improve public health outcomes.

Work Details
Offerors are required to provide comprehensive Substance Use Disorder Treatment services as outlined in the RFP.

Specific services include but are not limited to: mental health counseling, crisis center operations, addiction treatment for substance and alcohol abuse, drug and alcohol testing, and related health services.

Offerors must adhere to mandatory requirements detailed in the RFP, including submission of qualifications, budget proposals, and compliance with state regulations. The total project cost is to be submitted as a lump sum.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all services are delivered as per the terms outlined in the RFP.

The solicitation process opens on September 3, 2024, and closes on October 2, 2024.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided within the State of Montana.
