Montana Dept. of Environmental Quality seeks a contractor to provide shoveling and deicer services for a small space at its leased building within the Airport Business Property in Billings, MT.
Background
The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking a contractor to provide snow-related services at its leased building located within the Airport Business Property in Billings, MT.
The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and accessible walkways during winter conditions through timely snow removal and deicer application.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Walkway Clearing: Provide all-inclusive cost per event for clearing walkways from snow. This includes labor, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), supervision, and travel to and from the site.
2. Deicer Application: Provide all-inclusive cost per application for applying deicer to walkways. This also includes labor, equipment, PPE, supervision, and travel to and from the site.
Services are required from October 15, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
