Description

Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to stabilize and strengthen rural health care delivery systems, including hospitals and other providers.
Background
The State of Montana, Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS), Office of Procurement & Contracts is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
The goal of the RHTP is to stabilize and strengthen rural health care delivery systems, including hospitals and other providers.
