The State of Montana, through its State Procurement Services Division (SPSD) and on behalf of the Health Care and Benefits Division, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Pharmacy Benefit Management Services.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit management for both Commercial and EGWP (Employer Group Waiver Plan) programs.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Pharmacy Benefit Management services as detailed in the Scope of Work document.
This includes managing pharmacy benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and addressing formulary disruptions. Specific services include administrative fee management, pricing guarantees for prescription drugs, and adherence to the Montana Pharmacy Benefit Manager Oversight Act.
