MSU Fort Keogh Tractor

Background
Montana State University (MSU) is seeking bids for a diesel ranch utility tractor for their MAES LARRL research center located at Fort Keogh in Miles City, MT. The purpose of this contract is to procure a tractor that meets specific operational needs for agricultural research and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one current model standard utility tractor with the following specifications: it must have a cab, mechanical front wheel drive (MFWD), and a front-end loader equipped with a grapple fork.

The tractor is intended for use at the Fort Keogh LARRL and must meet all specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bid.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin upon award. Delivery of the tractor is requested by June 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Montana State University's Fort Keogh LARRL located in Miles City, Montana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a current W-9 form, company name used on invoices, and complete remit to address for payments. They are also required to submit manufacturer descriptive literature, an itemized quote including all associated costs, and information about the tractor including make, model, year, and engine.

Additionally, bidders must register in SmartBuyMSU, MSU's e-procurement solution.
