Montana State University - Wraps, Visual Aesthetics and Signage

Background
Montana State University (MSU) is seeking a Contractor to provide comprehensive services for the design, fabrication, and installation of wraps for vehicles, walls, and windows, as well as visual aesthetics and signage. The goal of this contract is to enhance the visual identity of the university through innovative designs and high-quality materials.

Work Details
The Contractor will be responsible for:

1. Designing, fabricating, and installing vehicle wraps for a Campus Shuttle (Front Runner Low floor Bus) with a maximum of three colors and MSU logos.

2. Creating a window wrap for the Strand Union Building measuring 117"x93" using perforated material (65/35).

3. Producing a fabric banner (252"w x144"h) suitable for indoor use in a garage warehouse that can withstand elements, with grommet holes for hanging.

4. Wrapping coffee urns in the SUB with specified logos and color palettes using various 3M materials.

The proposal must include itemized quotes for each service scenario.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all services are completed, with specific timelines outlined in individual project proposals.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations on the Montana State University campus.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Executive Order No. 12-2016 promoting equal pay for Montana women to receive bonus points in their proposal evaluation. They must also provide evidence of financial stability, relevant experience, references from past projects, and demonstrate an understanding of the university's objectives.
