Montana Comprehensive Child Welfare and Information System (CCWIS)

Background
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a Comprehensive Child Welfare and Information System (CCWIS).
The goal is to design, develop, and implement a cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that integrates various child welfare services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services including:
1. Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) of the CCWIS;
2. Systems Integration for the cloud-based SaaS solution;
3. Computing Equipment & Software;
4. Analysis, Design & Planning Services;
5. Cloud Services;
6. Document Management & Imaging Services;
7. Project Management Services;
8. Business Management Services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion, with specific milestones outlined in the RFP document.

Place of Performance
