Lawn Care Services for Missoula RC

Background
The State of Montana, Department of Military Affairs, Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO) is soliciting bids for Lawn Care and Sprinkler Maintenance for the Missoula National Guard Readiness Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper maintenance of the lawn and irrigation systems at the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Weekly Irrigate Mowing: 28 occurrences from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, which includes mowing of irrigated lawns.

2. Field Mowing: 2 occurrences from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, which involves mowing non-irrigated fields.

3. Site Mowing: 6 occurrences from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, which includes mowing non-irrigated lawns.

4. Sprinkler Winterization: 1 occurrence from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, which involves closing the water supply valve and blowing water out of sprinkler pipes, valves, and heads using compressed air.

5. Sprinkler Start-up: 1 occurrence from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, which includes opening the water supply valve and testing the sprinkler system for proper function.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Missoula National Guard Readiness Center, Missoula, Montana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge that they have read and understood the prerequisites including compliance with Federal SAM.gov site requirements transitioning from DUNS to Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). They must also accept the State of Montana contract standards and acknowledge that there are no exceptions to these standards.
