Lawn Care Services for Fort Harrison, Helena, MT

Background
The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs, CFMO, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Lawn Care Services at Fort Harrison, Helena, MT. The mission is to maintain the grounds effectively and ensure the aesthetic quality of the facility. The contract aims to provide professional lawn care services for a specified area.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform mowing services on approximately 1,669,214 square feet (38.32 acres) of irrigated lawn at Fort Harrison located at 1956 Mt. Majo Street, Fort Harrison, MT 59636.

The scope includes regular mowing and maintenance as per the specifications outlined in the IFB.

Bidder Requirements

Additionally, bidders are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and register at SAM.GOV. Compliance with Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements is also necessary.
