Background
The State of Montana, through the State Procurement Services Division (SPSD) on behalf of the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks, is issuing this Invitation For Bid (IFB) for janitorial services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Region 2 Headquarters building located at 3201 Spurgin Road, Missoula.
Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services as outlined in the Scope of Work. This includes:
1. Standard Monthly Services - Regular cleaning tasks as specified in the SOW.
2. Additional Monthly Services during specific months (April, July, October) - Enhanced cleaning tasks as specified in the SOW.
3. Additional Monthly Services during December and June - Enhanced cleaning tasks as specified in the SOW.
Each service will be billed on a lump sum basis per month.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 8, 2025, and conclude on August 6, 2025.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Region 2 Headquarters building located at 3201 Spurgin Road, Missoula, Montana.

Bidders must comply with all prerequisites outlined in the IFB including acceptance of Single Point of Contact information, Q&A Board information, Scope of Work/Statement of Work, Vendor Registration information, and Debarment information.
