Description

Install New Roadway Information Systems (RWIS) Great Falls District
Background
The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking bids for the installation of new Roadway Information Systems (RWIS) in the Great Falls District. This initiative aims to enhance transportation-related services and improve roadway monitoring capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:

1. Mobilization - 1 Lump Sum (LS)
2. RWIS Station, including Conduit, Conductor, Pullboxes, and Service Assembly - 6 Each (EA)
3. Non-Invasive Condition and Temperature Sensor, to replace Embedded Sensor - 1 Each (EA)
4. Electrical Service Assembly - 6 Each (EA)
5. Chain Link Fence Enclosure measuring 10' x 20', with Gate - 3 Each (EA).

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and continue until all work is completed. The bid submission deadline is January 8, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in the Great Falls District of Montana.
