Epoxy Paint Striping Kalispell Area

Background
The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is issuing a solicitation for bids on epoxy paint striping services in the Kalispell area. The goal of this contract is to enhance road safety and visibility through proper traffic paint striping, which is essential for effective traffic management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and materials:
- 4" White Stripe: 5,628 gallons
- 4" Yellow Stripe: 4,366 gallons
- Symbols/Words: 37,937 square feet
- Yellow Curb Marking: 12,520 linear feet

All quantities are estimated. Mobilization and traffic control costs are considered incidental to the stated pay items and are not separate pay items.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed within the timeframe specified in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
Kalispell Area, Montana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Department of Labor and Industry prior to contract execution. Additionally, bidders must comply with various requirements including Federal Aid-Epoxy Paint Striping requirements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises requirements, and EEO Contract Goals requirements. Bidders must also provide bid security if their total bid is $150,000 or greater.
