Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Background
The State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), on behalf of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a fully integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Billing solution.
The goal is to improve the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of patient care by enabling real-time access to comprehensive clinical and financial information.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that includes:
1. DDI and Annual Subscription Costs - Offeror must provide the Total Annual Cost for DDI and Annual Subscription Costs.
2. Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Cost for Years 1-3 - Offeror must provide Total Post-Implementation Services for all three years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until the completion of services, with specific costs outlined for three years post-implementation.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Montana, as specified by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI #; register at SAM.GOV) and complete the Federal Form NDA889.
Additionally, offerors must comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the RFP, including submission of various documents such as Business Information, Letters of Support, and Cost Proposals.
