Background
The State of Montana, through the State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs - Facility Maintenance.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive Building Inspection Services as part of the BUILDER Facility Assessment initiative.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing total project inspection services for all buildings involved in the 5-year project.
This includes a lump sum cost for total inspection across all facilities. Specific services include assessments related to building conditions, compliance with safety standards, and recommendations for maintenance or repairs as outlined in the Scope of Work available in the Questions Tab of the RFP.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to span over a period of 5 years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations throughout the State of Montana as specified in the project documentation.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several prerequisites including:
- Having a Unique Entity ID (UEI) registered at SAM.GOV
- Acceptance of Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements
- Completion of various attached documents such as Business Information and Offeror Qualifications.
Additionally, bidders must certify compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016 regarding Equal Pay for Montana Women to receive bonus points.
