Bridger Pipeline Expansion Environmental Impact Statement

Background
The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are seeking a third-party contractor to assist in preparing a joint environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Bridger Pipeline Expansion.
This initiative aims to analyze the potential environmental impacts associated with the expansion of the pipeline, which is part of a Major Facility Siting Act (MFSA) application for a certificate of compliance issued by DEQ to construct and operate an oil pipeline.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for preparing an EIS that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the Bridger Pipeline Expansion project, including various operational facilities that support the pipeline.
The work must comply with both the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
