Brand Specific Zimmatic Lateral Irrigation system

Background
Montana State University-Western Triangle Ag Research Center (WTARC), located near Conrad, Montana, conducts agronomic research and education programs for agriculture in dry land and irrigated areas for counties in Northern Montana.

WTARC is seeking a Zimmatic lateral irrigation system to ensure continuity of research and operations across its centers. The system must utilize Zimmatic controls, software, and operations.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and installation of one Zimmatic 9500 Standard Lateral Irrigation System. The system must be designed to withstand high wind conditions typical of Conrad, MT, and be capable of easy winterization with minimal steps.

The proposal must include costs per acre for design and installation as well as ongoing yearly maintenance costs. Specific requirements are detailed in Attachment 1 – Scope of Project.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until the installation is complete and operational, with ongoing maintenance thereafter.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the WTARC Ag Research Center site located in Conrad, Montana.
