Work Details
The contract involves providing various classroom furniture items, which must be delivered, unpacked, assembled, and placed in individual classrooms/lounges by the winning vendor. Specific items required include:
- 7 HON 30" x 60" Double Pedestal Desks with Metal Frame & Laminate Top (Model H34962)
- 7 B6106 Boss Chairs, Budget Mesh Task Chairs with Arms
- 7 Fleetwood Group Sheerline Tall Mobile Teacher Cabinets (Model 1550183)
- 7 Global Four Drawer Letter File Cabinets (Model 25-401)
- 7 Scholar Craft 60" x 66" Horseshoe Shape Activity Tables (Model FS949HS6066-2140)
- 196 Scholar Craft Solid Plastic Open Front Desks with Black Plastic Book Box (Model SC2200-SPBK)
- 238 Scholar Craft 17.5" Plastic Stack Chairs in Black Shell with Chrome Frame (Model SC127).

All shipping and handling costs must be included in the bid price. The total cost for all furniture items will be submitted as part of a reverse auction process. Vendors are responsible for replacing any damaged or lost items at no additional cost to the DCSD. Payment will not be processed until all items have been delivered, assembled, and are in acceptable condition as per DCSD standards.

Period of Performance
The delivery and installation of all classroom furniture must occur between July 1, 2025, and July 10, 2025. Unpriced proposals are due by March 4, 2025, at 9:00 am CST, followed by a reverse auction on March 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Hernando Hills Elementary School located at Hernando, Mississippi.
