The Covington County School District is seeking proposals for the following services for the 2026-2027 school year:
- Technology Disposal
- Recycling
- Value Recovery Services

Background:
This contract opportunity, identified as PROPOSAL #: 2627-04, is focused on the responsible disposal, recycling, and value recovery of technology assets for the district during the 2026-2027 academic year.
Contract Requirements:
Vendors must provide comprehensive services related to the disposal, recycling, and value recovery of technology equipment. All proposals are subject to federal and state appropriation and depend on the district's Comprehensive Federal Program Application being able to accommodate this expense.
The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
Submission Instructions:
All proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Education, 108 Main Street, Collins, MS 39428, no later than 11:00 a.m. CST, Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
