Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a web-based, adaptive diagnostic assessment and comprehensive reporting suite for grades K–8, including:
1. Interim growth monitoring;
2. Assessment of standards mastery;
3. Differentiated online instruction;
4. Print English Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics instructional resources for teacher-led instruction;
5. A unified online platform that does not require local installation or maintenance;
6. Accommodations for a wide range of students, including options for Spanish assessments;
7. Professional development training sessions at no additional cost;
8. Unlimited customer service and technology support;
9. A dedicated account manager to assist with implementation and data reviews.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027, with potential annual renewals subject to mutual consent.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Oxford School District, which includes five instructional sites serving approximately 3,400 K-8 students.
Bidder Requirements
