Solicitation for One-Time Purchase of Rock River Arms Elite AR15 Rifles

Background
The Mississippi Department of Public Safety (MDPS) is seeking to establish a one-time acquisition for the purchase of Rock River Arms Elite AR15 rifles and accessories.
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure seventy-five (75) rifles to support the agency's operational needs.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of 75 Rock River Arms Elite Rifles-AR15, which must meet specific specifications including:
- Caliber: 5.56x45mm/.223 Wylde, compatible with various ammunition weights from 55 to 77 grains.
- Barrel length: 10.5 inches, chrome moly with chrome lined barrel and chamber.
- Accuracy: 1.5 MOA at 100 yards.
- Operating system: Direct-impingement gas-operated system, semi-auto mode.
- Muzzle device: Flash hider.
- Trigger: Two-stage configuration with a pull weight between 4.0 and 6.5 pounds.
- Fire selector: Ambidextrous rotary type with safe and semi-automatic positions.
Each rifle will include three magazines compatible with NATO STANAG standards and additional accessories such as a two-stage match trigger, rail assembly, QD sling swivel, Vickers black sling, and Aimpoint duty sight.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the rifles and accessories must occur within 90 to 120 working days from the date of order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol at 1900 East Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, MS 39216 during normal business hours.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the State of Mississippi and provide a valid W-9 form.
They must also comply with all specifications outlined in the solicitation and participate in a reverse auction process.
Bidders are required to demonstrate their ability to furnish products or services as specified.
