NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI, OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT SERVICES, 164 JEANETTE PHILLIPS DRIVE, UNIVERSITY, MS 38677 ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10, UNTIL 1:00 PM AND OPENED IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER FOR T
