Background
The City of Southaven, Mississippi is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the 'Carriage Hills Estates Storm Drainage Improvements' project. The project is utilizing Federal assistance and is subject to U.S. Treasury’s regulations governing ARPA, and all applicable terms and conditions in 2 C.F.R. Part 200.

Work Details
The project involves the installation of approximately 2120 LF of drainage pipe, 7 drainage inlets, and 9 new junction boxes in Carriage Hills Estates. Additionally, repairs will include curb and gutter removal and replacement, asphalt removal and replacement, fence repairs, grassing, and erosion control.
Period of Performance
The total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages set at $500.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
