Sealed Bids for City Project in Tupelo, Mississippi

Background
The City of Tupelo, Mississippi, represented by the Mayor and City Council, is seeking bids for a construction project aimed at improving roadway conditions within the city.

This project is part of the Tupelo Roadway Maintenance Program for 2025 and is intended to enhance public rights of way through various roadway improvements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of the Tupelo Roadway Maintenance Program.

This includes:
- Base repair
- Excavation
- Grading
- Drainage improvements on public rights of way
- Removal of pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways
- Excavation and backfill of soils and granular materials
- Short-run asphalt paving/patching
- Removal of drainage pipes/inlets and installation of new drainage pipes/inlets provided by the Owner.

All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the Contract Documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence no later than June 2025 and will continue until March 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed within existing rights-of-way owned and maintained by the City of Tupelo.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit sealed bids by 10:00 A.M. local time on June 18, 2025.
