Sealed Bid Submission for Public Opening and Reading

Background
The City of Natchez, Mississippi, is seeking sealed bids for the provision of general supplies, construction materials, traffic supplies, and contract services to support various Public Works, Traffic, and Water Works projects within its jurisdiction.

Work Details

Specific exclusions from the one-year contract period include:
- Street Cut (Utility Trench) Patching
- Concrete Patching
- Lay Down of Hot Mix Asphalt
- Hot Mix Asphalt
- Street Striping
- Ready Mix Concrete
- Flowable Fill.

These excluded items will be bid separately for a six-month period. Metal culvert pipe, concrete culvert pipe, and plastic culvert pipe may be submitted on vendor's proposal form or by letter with price lists and descriptive information. All quantities specified are approximate.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

The specific items related to Street Cut (Utility Trench) Patching and others will have a separate bidding period from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place within the corporate limits of the City of Natchez, Mississippi.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals in accordance with the guidelines provided by the City Clerk's office.

Prices bid must be firm and not subject to change during the specified periods.
