Sealed Bid Submission for Economic Development Partnership Office Opening

Background
The Economic Development Partnership of Montgomery County is issuing this solicitation for improvements to the Winona-Montgomery County Airport, located in Winona, Mississippi. The goal of this contract is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a new T-hangar as part of AIP Project No.: 3-28-0079-026-2026 and AIG Project No.: 3-28-0079-027-2026.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all work necessary to construct a new T-hangar at the Winona-Montgomery County Airport. This includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the project.

Bid documents including project drawings and technical specifications are available for inspection at various locations including Willis Engineering, Inc., and multiple Plan House Printing locations in Mississippi.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe that aligns with the project requirements as specified in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Winona-Montgomery County Airport located at 701 Summit Street, Winona, Mississippi 38967.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a bid guaranty amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Winona-Montgomery County Airport Board. The project is subject to compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and other federal provisions including Executive Order 11246 regarding affirmative action, DOL Regulation 29 CFR Part 5 concerning wage rates, and Buy American Preferences under Title 49 United States Code.
