Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a modern, secure, and scalable mobile solution that integrates seamlessly with existing university systems and supports both iOS and Android devices. Key requirements include:
- A comprehensive reporting suite with usage statistics and feature-level engagement metrics.
- Configurable dashboards for university administrators.
- Real-time reporting capabilities.
- App configuration and branding support.
- Comprehensive training for technical users.
- Integration with existing systems such as PeopleSoft (SIS) and Canvas (LMS).
- Compliance with data security standards including GDPR and accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be for a duration of five (5) years.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must provide a minimum of three customer references from higher education institutions that have implemented similar solutions in the last 12 months. Proposals must include pricing details and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
