Sanitary Sewer Improvements for Jourdan River Shores Subdivision

Background
The Kiln Utility and Fire District of Hancock County is seeking bids for the construction of the Jourdan River Shores Subdivision Sanitary Sewer Improvements. This project aims to enhance the sanitary sewer infrastructure in the subdivision, aligning with the agency's mission to provide essential utility services to the community.

The contract will be funded in part by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) through the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant (MCWI) Program, as well as additional funding from the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GOMESA).

Work Details
The contract includes primarily the installation of new sewer force main and grinder pump systems. The work must comply with all Federal, State, and Local Regulations and Codes.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals using standard forms provided in the contract documents, accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond as bid security. The successful bidder will also need to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each amounting to 100% of the contract value.
