RFP monitoring service winter storm January 23, 2026

Work Requested:

• Ensuring all debris removal activities are properly documented and compliant with local, state, and federal requirements
• Providing certified and authorized personnel to oversee and report on debris removal operations

Who is Requesting:
The Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Winter Storm Debris Removal Monitoring Services.

Background:
Marshall County, Mississippi, suffered significant damage to public services due to a severe winter storm and weather event from January 23, 2026, to January 27, 2026. The resulting debris has overwhelmed the County's existing resources. The event has been declared a local emergency, and the County has requested disaster designation from FEMA and MEMA.

Contract Requirements:
All proposals must be:

• Properly certified by the bidding entity
• Signed by an officer, director, or owner with authority to bind and commit the company to perform the required work and services

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Board of Supervisors Board Room in the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, at 10:00 a.m., on March 13, 2026. Vendors interested in furnishing Winter Storm Debris Removal Services to Marshall County must submit their proposals by this deadline.
