RFP for Educational Facility Services in Corinth School District

Background
The Corinth School District (CSD) is located in Corinth, MS, serving approximately 2500 students and employing around 325 staff members. The district consists of three schools and one central office. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for a K-8 Diagnostic Assessment and Prescriptive Learning Solution in English/Language Arts/Reading and Mathematics for the Corinth Elementary and Corinth Middle schools.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
1. Technology Requirements:
- Single Sign-On capabilities with Corinth School District Clever.
- Exportable reports for staff and students.

2. Math and Reading Diagnostic Assessment Requirements:
- Assessments aligned to Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards in Reading and Mathematics.
- Initial screener with adaptive assessment to grade level proficiency subskills, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.
- Ability for administrators or teachers to enable diagnostics.

3. Reporting Requirements:
- Ability to pull reports of 100+ students, view active students in diagnostic and instruction, provide score range overview by testing subject, refine data according to specific standards, and generate various completion reports.

4. Prescriptive Solution Requirements:
- Automated learning paths, teacher ability to create formative assessments, modify skills at varying levels, and create flexible groupings.

5. Professional Development Requirements:
- Webinar trainings for administrators, teachers, students, and parents as requested.

6. Support Requirements:
- Vendor-supported technical support to resolve issues within a twenty-four (24) hour timeframe during normal business hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension for two additional school terms (2027-2028 and 2028-2029) upon satisfactory evaluation of services.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided at the Corinth Elementary and Corinth Middle schools located in Corinth, MS.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a minimum of five years of experience providing educational consulting and training services; provide documentation of financial stability; maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with specified coverage limits; maintain workers’ compensation insurance; address any pending or past litigation or investigations; and submit proof of insurance upon contract execution.
