Background

Bidders must submit sealed proposals by the deadline of 2:00 P.M. on August 12, 2025. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and/or best bid from a responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders are required to follow the Instructions to Bidders outlined in the Specification Documents.
