Background
Forrest Health, specifically Forrest General Hospital, is seeking bids for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services (IONM) to support surgical procedures. Work Details
The contractor will provide Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services which include:

2. Transcranial Motor Evoked Potentials (TcMEP) - testing motor tracks integrity via electrical stimulation.
3. Electromyography (EMG) - recording muscle action potentials using various techniques.
4. Electroencephalography (EEG) - recording brain wave activity.
5. Facial Nerve Monitoring - monitoring responses during procedures at risk for facial nerve injury.
6. Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials - testing auditory system integrity.
The vendor must ensure setup prior to scheduled procedures, provide necessary staff and equipment, and cover travel costs as needed.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 1, 2023, and will continue as specified in the agreement or until terminated with a thirty-day notice.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Forrest General Hospital located at 125 South 28th Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a Certificate of Insurance including Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by Mississippi law, Commercial General Liability with minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate, and Automobile Liability with a minimum coverage of $1 million. Vendors must also register with Forrest Health’s Vendor Credentialing Program.
