Request for Qualifications- Water Main and Sewer Projects Engineering Services

Engineering services are being requested for the design of water main and sewer projects throughout Harrison County. The work under this contract involves providing all necessary engineering expertise and services required for these water and sewer infrastructure projects. This solicitation is issued by the Harrison County Utility Authority, located in Gulfport, Mississippi. The contract is intended to support the ongoing and future water and sewer projects in Harrison County, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and specifications. The Facility Plans and Technical Specifications relevant to these projects are available for review at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority in Gulfport, Mississippi. To be considered, proposals must address all engineering services necessary for the design of water and sewer projects as outlined in the contract documents. Proposals should be submitted to the Harrison County Utility Authority at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503. All costs associated with downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or any other expenses related to obtaining documents or submitting proposals are the responsibility of the bidder.
